Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about services and events.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Support the organization of events by coordinating logistics and assisting with setup and breakdown (must be able to lift 80 lbs).
- Monitor facility usage to maintain safety and high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
- Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere, especially during events aimed at younger audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experiences through teamwork and communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations.
- Experience in cash/card handling and financial transactions is a plus.
- Background in events management or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with towing; Ideal to have a pick-up truck, but not required.
- Driver's License is required.
- Able to lift 80 lbs, loading and unloading equipment (bouncy castles, mini golf set, etc.).
- Experience working with children is an asset, particularly in recreational settings.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for success in this role.
- Ideally motivated in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
