Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills and a background in customer service, with an emphasis on event management. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments,

Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about services and events.
Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Support the organization of events by coordinating logistics and assisting with setup and breakdown (must be able to lift 80 lbs).
Monitor facility usage to maintain safety and high-quality standards.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or needs promptly.
Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere, especially during events aimed at younger audiences.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experiences through teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills to effectively handle challenging situations.
Experience in cash/card handling and financial transactions is a plus.
Background in events management or hospitality is highly desirable.
Familiarity with towing; Ideal to have a pick-up truck, but not required.
Driver's License is required.
Able to lift 80 lbs, loading and unloading equipment (bouncy castles, mini golf set, etc.).
Experience working with children is an asset, particularly in recreational settings.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for success in this role.
Ideally motivated in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
